Tattoo Boats are aluminium designed fishing boats built with a retro look which is mainly created by the classic curves and highly polished gunnel’s and bow rails. The award winning hull design is the creation of naval architectural engineer “Bill Plug”. His deep reverse chine’s ad brilliant stability when fishing yet creates a much drier ride when under way.

What’s also unique and more functional about these boats is the optional “Central Bait Station”, a fully equipped bait station that’s mounted in the middle of the deck and not at the transom. The main reason for this is to stop fishermen from crossing over each other when re-baiting or reeling in their fish.  The centrally located station also allows for at least an extra person to fish (from the transom).

The bait station is equipped with a live bait tank, good size bait board, sink & wash down  tap with your choice of tackle draws, dive tank racks and or esky, fishing has never been more enjoyable thanks to the “Central bait Station”.

An ally checker plate floor with a self draining deck makes cleaning much quicker and easier. All stringers are set at 90 degrees to the hull and not laid over to maximize hull strength.

Tattoo boats have 5mm hulls and are structured with full frames that are welded to the deck.  A maximum 2.5mtr beam with high free board creates an exceptional fishing environment.  They’re designed with a good sized dash to house big screen electronics, all have transom doors and a decent ladder as well as cleverly positioned grab rails. They come with all the expected necessities like high pressure deck wash, easy folding Targa and designated section for the porta-pottie.

What’s really “Individual” about these boats is the way you get to design your own unique tattoo style graphics by way of what’s called a wrap, where each side can be completely different from the other.
